we are
Hi, I’m Sydney Eley, the founder of RISE HAUS FITNESS—a certified personal trainer, registered nurse, and mom of two energetic boys. I’m also married to an amazing husband who runs his own business, so I know firsthand the beautiful chaos of balancing family, work, and personal health.
My passion for fitness began in high school and college, where I played sports and fell in love with running and working out. For years, I believed the secret to staying “fit” was pounding the pavement for hours or logging endless treadmill miles. But through experience, education, and trial and error, I discovered the real key to transformation: a whole-body approach rooted in strength, nourishment, and purpose.
At Rise Haus Fitness, I guide clients—especially busy moms—through a personalized fitness journey that goes beyond the scale. We refuel with the right foods, integrate cardio into strength and mobility training, and most importantly, empower you to rise into your strongest, healthiest self.
